This is only my personal experience in Vancouver, not a city-wide rule. At a meet-and-greet I mentioned ADHD medication and the doctor said they do not start or adjust stimulants and would not roster me. I am still on the Health Connect Registry. A friend in a suburb was accepted but only for a frozen dose. I am not saying every GP will refuse.
