Because Access CAMH currently cannot offer ADHD assessment and treatment, CAMH encourages people to review its community resource sheets for alternatives in the community, and it also publishes professional education pages on adult ADHD screening and diagnosis. Those professional pages are written for clinicians, not as a booking list of named private clinics, and this answer does not recommend a specific clinic. CAMH’s Adult Neurodevelopmental Services is still not an ADHD clinic; it serves intellectual disability and/or autism and can wait several years for those services. Ontario public ADHD care, when it happens, is through community physicians, nurse practitioners, or other provincial pathways, not through a CAMH ADHD waitlist, because no official ADHD waitlist is published for a service CAMH does not currently offer.
