Our board-certified clinicians provide comprehensive ADHD care—from assessment to personalized
treatment—with over 10 years of experience delivering evidence-based, compassionate support.
I am a Nurse Practitioner with a background in addictions medicine, mental health, primary care, and harm reduction. Over the years, I have worked closely with patients facing complex health and social challenges, and noticed how many people with ADHD had gone undiagnosed or misunderstood for years. Many had struggled with anxiety, depression, substance use, burnout, or difficulties in school and work without realizing ADHD may have been playing a major role. This motivated me to build competency in ADHD assessment and treatment. My goal is to provide evidence-based, compassionate, and non-judgmental care that helps patients better understand themselves and improve their quality of life.
My approach to ADHD care is patient-centred, collaborative, and holistic. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model, because ADHD can look different from person to person. I focus on understanding how symptoms affect daily life, relationships, emotional regulation, work, school, sleep, and overall wellbeing. Treatment is not just about medication; it is also about education, practical strategies, routine-building, and addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use. My goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, validated, and actively involved in their treatment plan.
Telepsychiatry improves access to ADHD care, especially for people in rural or underserved communities, or those facing barriers such as transportation, work schedules, childcare, or anxiety around in-person appointments. It can reduce wait times and make assessment and follow-up care more efficient and consistent. Many patients also feel more comfortable opening up from their own environment, which can lead to more honest and productive conversations.
After the first session, I hope patients feel understood, validated, and hopeful. Many people seeking ADHD care have spent years feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or as though they were lazy or not living up to their potential. I want patients to leave feeling that someone has listened without judgment, that there is a path forward, and that they do not have to figure everything out alone.
As I begin this journey with FasTreat, I want patients to know that they deserve compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized care. Seeking help for ADHD can feel intimidating, especially after negative healthcare experiences or years of self-doubt. ADHD is not a character flaw, and treatment is not about “fixing” who you are. It is about understanding your strengths and challenges, finding tools that help you function and feel your best, and gaining clarity, confidence, and support along the way.
Compassionate, collaborative, individualized.
Mental health support means helping people feel understood, empowered, and equipped with the tools they need to thrive in their daily lives.
