I was quoted months for a local appointment. I booked online and spoke with someone the next day. Such a relief.

FAQ

Questions before you book.

Will I automatically receive HRT?

No. Your provider will first review your symptoms, health history, and risk factors. HRT is only discussed if it may be appropriate for you.

Is this for menopause or perimenopause?

Both. We support symptoms that can happen before, during, or after menopause, including hot flashes, sleep changes, mood shifts, brain fog, irregular periods, and vaginal dryness.

Do I need bloodwork, a mammogram, or a referral?

You do not need a referral to start. Your provider may recommend labs or screening if it helps guide safe care.

Who is not a good fit for online care?

Some symptoms need in-person care, such as unexplained bleeding, urgent pain, or complex medical risks. If online care is not the right fit, we’ll guide you to the next best step.

How much does it cost?

The initial consultation is $149. Ongoing membership is $49/month. Follow-up sessions are $69 if needed.

How soon can I speak with a provider?

You may be able to book a live online consultation as soon as today after completing your intake.
