Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs while maintaining fairness to all users. Below is our detailed refund and cancellation policy for appointments, memberships, and packages.
Booking and Cancellations for Appointments
By scheduling a session through our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding missed sessions, cancellations, and refunds:
Cancellation 48 Hours or More Before Appointment:
Full refund issued automatically within 3 business days.
Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Scheduled Time:
Appointments are non-refundable. However, we will issue a $100 coupon to use toward future services.
If Not Satisfied with Your Appointment:
Submit feedback through our questionnaire within 15 days of the session. We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Membership Refund Policy
If your circumstances changes (e.g., no longer requiring care), you can cancel your subscription at any time:
Monthly Membership
Cancel anytime through our platform. Unused services are fully refundable.
Annual Memberships ($999 CAD)
Refunds are available within a 15-day grace period after your subscription cycle ends for unused services.
Refunds are calculated by deducting $99 per month for each non-refundable month of service already used.
Alternatively, you may extend your membership for 1 month at no additional cost instead of receiving a refund.
Refund Policy for Quarterly and Biannual Packages
No Diagnosis or Unsuitability for the Platform
If no ADHD diagnosis is reached or the provider determines the platform is not suitable for you, the following refunds apply:
Quarterly Plan ($499): $200 CAD will be refunded after deducting the $299 assessment fee.
Biannual Plan ($699): $400 CAD will be refunded after deducting the $299 assessment fee.
After Initial Diagnosis
Refund for unused serviced will be calculated by deducting each service already used as follows:
$99 CAD per month of membership used.
$69 CAD for each follow-up session booked.
Important Terms for Quarterly and Biannual Plans
Follow-up Appointments
Follow-up appointments included in the plan must be booked and used within the service period.
Unused follow-up sessions cannot be rolled over to the next period or future plans.
Cancellations or No-Shows for Initial Appointments
If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to show up for the initial appointment, you will need to rebook the appointment, a $199 fee will apply. If you no-show or cancel your initial appointment within 48 hours and wish to request a refund for the Quarterly or Biannual Plan, your request must be submitted within one month of the originally scheduled appointment time for processing.
Final Notes
Refunds will only be processed for services not used during the plan’s period.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 7-10 business days.
No refunds will be issued for services beyond the 15-day grace period or after the plan ends.
