Thank you for choosing FasTreat for your ADHD online treatment services. We are committed to providing high-quality medical care and customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, here is our refund policy.

2. Booking and Cancellations
Appointment:
By scheduling a session through our platform, you accept full responsibility for any fees associated with missed sessions as outlined in this policy. We understand that users may need to reschedule or cancel appointments. Users can do so directly through our platform at any time, we will try our best to match your request.
• Canceled 48 hours prior to the appointment: You will receive an automatic full refund in 3 business days.
• Canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time: The appointment is subject to our non-refundable policy. In such cases, we will offer you $100 coupons to assist with future services.
If you are dissatisfied with your appointment, please submit feedback through our questionnaire within 15 days after your appointment. We will address your concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Membership:
If you have recovered or no longer require FasTreat during your treatment, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly memberships can be easily canceled through our system. For annual or package memberships, please contact customer support at support@fastreat.com to process your cancellation.
You have a 15-day grace period from the end of your membership cycle to request a refund for unused or unsatisfactory services. Please note that refund requests submitted after the 15-day period will not be processed. Any services beyond this grace period are considered used and are non-refundable.
• For monthly subscriptions, you can get a full refund for unused services.
• For monthly subscriptions, if you have unused or unsatisfactory services within the grace period, we will extend your membership for one month at no additional cost. If you choose to cancel your subscription, refunds will be calculated by deducting $99 for each non-refundable month of service already used.
• For service packages, if you have unused or unsatisfactory services within the grace period, we will extend your membership for one month at no additional cost. If you choose to cancel the package, refunds will be calculated by subtracting the original price of services ($299 initial appointment fee, $99 membership fee, or $149 follow-up appointment fee) for each non-refundable service already used from the order price.
3. Late Arrival by the Provider
If the provider was no-show or late by more than fifteen (15) minutes for a scheduled session, you are entitled to request a full refund for that session. To receive this refund, you must choose to terminate the session and not proceed with the service at the time of delay.
4. Special Circumstances
If technical issues prevent the service from proceeding as planned, such as internet disruptions or software malfunctions, you are entitled to reschedule the service or request a refund.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7-10 business days of the refund approval. Please note that processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment service.
