A fine MoCA can support the idea that a dementia clinic did not find an acquired cognitive disorder on that screen, but it does not explain a whole life of organisation and attention problems, and it does not by itself diagnose ADHD. Feeling that the score does not explain decades of lost keys and unfinished forms is a reason some people keep seeking an ADHD assessment, but the score itself is not that assessment. Cognitive screens being okay does not prove or disprove ADHD. FasTreat also offers private online ADHD assessment and ongoing care, depending on your needs and clinical assessment.
