Personal only. Years on methylphenidate, testosterone always normal on morning tests. Fatigue was iron deficiency for me, not hormones. My notes looked different. Sleep or flushes changed, but the focus pattern still looked like my usual ADHD. I told my clinician I did not want a forum story treated as a protocol. We left ADHD treatment in place and reviewed hormones only for the symptoms they are actually used for. Personal only, not advice.

Personal experience only. I blamed Vyvanse for low libido until labs and sleep study showed apnea plus borderline low T. Stimulants were not the whole story. I waited until I had more than a few dramatic days before I raised it. Some weeks were fine if I slept; other weeks the same routine collapsed. I did not start, stop, or split medicines on my own. Clinic review was slower than I wanted, but safer. This is anecdotal, not a recommendation.
