Is an IUD or implant safer than the pill if I have ADHD?

Personal story. The pill tanked my mood; my implant steadied things and I stopped missing doses. Safer is individual - my friend hated her implant. NICE lists LARC as a general contraceptive choice, not an ADHD-specific fix. I waited until I had more than a few dramatic days before I raised it. Some weeks were fine if I slept; other weeks the same routine collapsed. I did not start, stop, or split medicines on my own. Clinic review was slower than I wanted, but safer. This is anecdotal, not a recommendation.
