Interrupting is a very common ADHD trait and is usually related to impulsivity and working memory, not rudeness. Many people interrupt because they are afraid they will forget their thought or because their brain moves quickly and struggles to wait.
This does not mean you do not care about the other person. Awareness, shared cues, and strategies like writing down thoughts can help. Addressing it openly can reduce relationship strain and shame.
