Worried this got processed as a standard no-show with a fee attached rather than there being any distinction for genuinely forgetting versus deliberately skipping.

Did this exact thing once, emailed support explaining I'd genuinely forgotten, got a one-time courtesy waiver since it wasn't a pattern for me. Wouldn't count on that every time, but worth asking rather than just assuming you're stuck with the fee.
