My current dose stopped working as well as before — do I actually need to book a whole new appointment just to adjust it, or is there a faster way?

Been on the same dose for about five months and the last few weeks it's just not holding through the afternoon the way it used to. Before I go through the whole booking flow again, wondering if adjusting a dose actually requires a full new appointment, or if there's some faster path for something that feels like it should be a quick tweak rather than a whole visit.
