Are the patient reviews on a doctor's bio page actually real, or can those be gamed?
Every provider bio I look at has suspiciously uniform five-star reviews with vague praise like 'great doctor, very helpful.' Is there an actual way to tell if these are genuine patient reviews, or is this the kind of thing that gets curated or faked pretty easily on a platform's own website?

Always check Trustpilot or Google separately from whatever's on the company's own site for exactly this reason, the spread of reviews (including a few mixed ones) on third-party sites felt a lot more trustworthy than the suspiciously perfect on-site testimonials.
