Applying for a diagnosis letter or accommodation form — how much does that actually cost and how long does it take?
Need to submit a diagnosis letter to my HR department for a workplace accommodation request. Already went through the full assessment and got diagnosed, but nobody mentioned anything about extra costs for actual documentation afterward. Is getting the letter itself free since I already paid for the assessment, or is this a whole separate fee and wait on top of what I've already spent?

Requested an accommodation letter on my employer's specific form, took about 6 business days start to finish, only got charged once it actually landed in my inbox, not when I first submitted the request. Would recommend uploading your employer's exact template rather than assuming the standard one will be accepted.
