I interrupt a lot and overshare. Does treatment help or is that unrelated?

It can, indirectly. If someone interrupts, overshares, or loses track of conversations due to impulsivity or inattention, improving those symptoms can make social interactions smoother. However, medication does not automatically teach social skills. It reduces cognitive noise, which can give you more space to pause and respond intentionally. Many people notice they feel more regulated and less reactive in conversations once treated. That alone can reduce awkward moments and build confidence over time.
