I doubt my own perception constantly. Is that related to ADHD?

Many people with ADHD grow up receiving inconsistent feedback about their performance. Being told you are careless one day and impressive the next can erode self trust. Over time, this creates doubt in your own judgment and memory. You may second guess decisions even when you are capable. This uncertainty is learned, not inherent. Rebuilding trust often involves external validation and kinder self interpretation.
