With over 25 years of experience in psychiatry, I have worked across a wide range of mental health settings in both the United Kingdom and Canada, supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging moments. My work has included community mental health, crisis intervention, inpatient psychiatry, forensic services, and long-term outpatient care. I believe good mental health care starts with listening. Every person brings a unique story, and I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach to understanding what is happening beneath the surface.
