Hormone therapy (estrogen, usually with progesterone) mainly helps menopause symptoms like hot flashes, sleep, and mood, and by steadying your estrogen it may make your ADHD medication feel more consistent; though that benefit isn't yet proven. It does not replace your ADHD medication, and there's no known harmful interaction between the two, so they can be used together under your doctors' guidance.
