Anyone else lose track of time during conversations
I think five minutes passed but it's actually thirty. Do others experience this?

Time blindness is very common in ADHD. The internal clock is not as reliable. When you are engaged, your brain locks into the present moment and loses track of duration.
Five minutes can feel like thirty or the opposite. It is not a character flaw. It reflects differences in executive functioning and time processing networks.
External cues help. Timers, calendar alerts, or visual clocks can anchor conversations without disrupting connection. Awareness alone can already reduce some of the stress around it.
