FasTreat is a comprehensive telehealth platform offering personalised face-to-face video sessions with our providers. These sessions focus on understanding your unique needs and explore various treatment options including lifestyle strategies, and prescriptions if applicable, to support overall well-being. Our team of mental-health professionals utilize proven evidence-based approaches tailored to individual goals to help improve quality of life.
How much does FasTreat cost?
Can I use insurance for FasTreat services?
We currently do not work directly with any private health insurance companies. If your insurance provider is able to cover the cost of any of your appointments or treatment, you will need to pay us directly and then claim back directly from your insurer.
How often can l meet with my provider?
During your initial appointment, we will conduct a thorough intake process. Based on this assessment, we will determine the optimal frequency of follow-up sessions tailored to your specific needs. If you require additional support between scheduled appointments, feel free to log into your FasTreat account and send a message or book an extra session with your provider. Please note that responses to messages may take up to two business days.
Does FasTreat prescribe controlled substances?
Depending on local regulations, our licensed medical professionals may prescribe medications tailored to your treatment needs. However, if medications are not suitable for you or not permitted by local regulations, We recommend that you try Behavioral Intervention services.
