Body doubling is a practical support strategy some people use; it should not be presented as a formal treatment for insomnia.


Is There a Link Between ADHD and Restless Legs Syndrome?


ADHD and restless legs syndrome can co-occur, but the relationship is better understood as an association rather than a single-cause explanation. Assessment is especially important for excessive daytime sleepiness, drowsy driving, loud snoring, witnessed pauses in breathing, choking or gasping at night, morning headaches, high blood pressure, restless legs symptoms, worsening fatigue, unusual movements during sleep, or medication-related sleep changes.
