Does TRT help energy but not executive function in ADHD?

Personal experience only. TRT helped me get off the couch, but I still needed ADHD meds and alarms for bills and appointments. Energy and executive function felt like separate problems for me. I kept a notes-app log for a couple of months: sleep, missed pills, and which days actually felt usable. I did not use that log to change a dose myself. I took it to clinic and asked my prescribers to look at the overlap together. I still needed ADHD care. This is only my experience, not medical advice.
