Are those short TikTok 'ADHD test' videos actually telling you anything real about whether you have it?
Seen probably a dozen different 'if you do these 5 things you have ADHD' videos at this point, and while some genuinely resonate, I'm not sure how much weight to actually put on content like that versus dismissing it entirely as meaningless entertainment.

Genuinely was a video like that which first made me consider getting assessed at all, gave me language for stuff I'd never named before. Didn't self-diagnose from it though, used it as the reason to actually book an assessment, which is where the real answer came from.
