First platform I tried had genuinely slow, unresponsive support, took days to get a simple refill question answered, and my provider changed twice in a few months without much explanation each time, which made it hard to build any real continuity in my treatment. Nothing about the initial assessment itself was bad, it was really the ongoing experience that pushed me to switch. What made the next one stick: same provider consistently for over a year now, and support actually responds within a reasonable window when something comes up. Sounds like a low bar but it genuinely wasn't consistent at my first platform, and it made a bigger difference to my actual day-to-day experience than the initial assessment quality did.

Similar experience, switched mainly over pricing transparency, first platform had fees that weren't clear upfront and I felt a bit nickel-and-dimed by the time I added everything up. Wasn't a dramatic single incident, just accumulated small frustrations that eventually pushed me to look elsewhere.
