Broke university student here — which pricing tier actually makes sense if I just want to know what's going on, not the full works?
Working part-time and barely covering rent, but I genuinely think something's going on with my focus and want at least some clarity, not necessarily jumping straight into ongoing paid treatment. What's actually the cheapest reasonable entry point here without committing to something I can't sustain financially as a student?

Also check if your school's health plan covers any portion, mine had a small mental health allowance buried in the benefits booklet that covered a chunk of the assessment cost, would've never known if I hadn't specifically dug for it.

honestly also worth calling and just asking directly if payment plans exist, some platforms will split the assessment cost over a couple months if you ask, wasn't advertised anywhere on the pricing page for me.
