Why do random small noises bother me so much?
I get irrationally irritated by tiny noises. Anyone else?

Sensory sensitivity is common in ADHD. The brain has more difficulty filtering out irrelevant input, so small or repetitive noises can feel intrusive or overwhelming.
When the nervous system is already taxed, tolerance for sensory input drops even further. Irritation is often a sign of overload rather than sensitivity alone.
Reducing background noise or allowing sensory breaks can help regulate this response.
