No, and this is closely related to why high-functioning presentations get missed. Punctuality and organization at work can reflect compensatory systems, external structure, or hyperfocus applied specifically to valued tasks, none of which rule out real difficulties in less structured areas of life, like household tasks, finances, or unstructured downtime. ADHD assessment looks at functional impairment across multiple domains, not just the one a person happens to have built strong external supports around. FasTreat also offers private online ADHD assessment and ongoing care, depending on your needs and clinical assessment. I'm the most punctual, organized person at my job and still got diagnosed. Turns out I was pouring everything into work structure and had nothing left for literally anything else in my life. Meanwhile my house and finances were a genuine mess the whole time, which is apparently a pretty classic split my assessor said she sees a lot. Two very different parts of life getting very different amounts of visible effort.
