My provider didn't show up (or was way late) for our appointment — what am I entitled to?
Sat in the virtual waiting room for twenty minutes today and nobody ever joined. Not sure if I should just try to rebook and move on or if there's actually something I'm owed here, since it wasn't remotely my fault and I took the time off work to be available for this.

This happened to me and I just messaged support the same day explaining the provider never logged on, got a straightforward refund with basically no back and forth. Would say don't wait too long to report it though, easier to sort out when it's fresh.
