Can my period still affect ADHD if my IUD stops bleeding?

Personal experience only. Only my story. I have a hormonal IUS and barely bleed, but I still track mood and focus on a calendar. Days that used to be premenstrual still feel harder. My psychiatrist said ovulation and hormone shifts can continue even without visible periods. I waited until I had more than a few dramatic days before I raised it. Some weeks were fine if I slept; other weeks the same routine collapsed. I did not start, stop, or split medicines on my own. Clinic review was slower than I wanted, but safer. This is anecdotal, not a recommendation.
