Can perimenopause cause dryness and low libido when I have ADHD?

Personal experience only. I blamed ADHD meds for low libido until my GP linked it to perimenopause. Local estrogen helped dryness more than changing my stimulant did. I kept a notes-app log for a couple of months: sleep, missed pills, and which days actually felt usable. I did not use that log to change a dose myself. I took it to clinic and asked my prescribers to look at the overlap together. I still needed ADHD care. This is only my experience, not medical advice.
