Personal only. Mornings were doom scrolling, not laziness. Therapy plus peri care and my existing stimulant timing tweak helped me plan again. I expected a clearer before-and-after and did not get one. Energy moved a little; planning and follow-through did not. I kept my ADHD medication and asked for monitoring instead of a DIY combo. If anything helped, it was sleep and fewer skipped doses. Experience only.

Personal experience only. I lived on snooze through peri until HRT helped night sweats. ADHD routines helped only after I could sleep again. I started tracking this because daily life got messier, not because I wanted a new protocol from a forum. Missed alarms, late meals, and poor sleep all sat on top of the hormone piece. I asked for a joint review rather than experimenting at home. I still use evidence-based ADHD treatment. Personal experience only.
