Are these online ADHD platforms all basically the same underneath, or are there real, meaningful differences worth knowing about?

Every platform's homepage kind of blurs together after a while, similar promises, similar stock photos, similar 'get assessed in days not months' messaging. Genuinely wondering if there are real underlying differences between these services, or if it's mostly marketing dressing on top of a fairly similar core offering.

There are real differences, they're just not always obvious from the homepage since the marketing language does converge a lot across the space. Things that actually varied meaningfully when I compared a few directly: how thorough the actual intake and assessment process was (some felt like a genuinely structured clinical interview, one felt closer to a rushed checklist), provider consistency for ongoing care versus getting bounced between different people, and how transparent pricing and policies were once you got past the homepage into the actual fine print. The homepages genuinely do look interchangeable, that part isn't in your head, but the actual lived experience of going through the process and staying for ongoing care is where the real differences show up, which unfortunately means you can't fully evaluate from marketing alone, some of it you only really learn by going through the actual assessment.

Agree the marketing all blurs together, what actually differentiated things for me was less about the platform itself and more about which specific provider I ended up with, personality and communication style mattered more day to day than which company's logo was on the app.
