Some people still feel things fully on ADHD medication, and others notice a duller emotional range; both reports exist and neither is a diagnosis. Stimulants are used to reduce impairing ADHD symptoms, not to numb feeling. Labelled psychiatric effects of methylphenidate products such as Concerta include affect lability, depressed mood, irritability, and anxiety, and the NHS advises contacting a doctor for mood or personality changes. If the change is persistent, distressing, or affecting daily functioning, bring a brief timeline to the prescribing clinician rather than changing the dose independently.

I can still feel things, but the volume knob is lower. Not gone, just quieter, like I am watching my own reactions from a chair. Hobbies still matter, they just do not hit as hard. I told my prescriber I was worried everything had gone dull. They asked when in the day it was strongest. I did not stop the meds myself. Only what it has been like for me, not a verdict on whether you can feel properly.
