Can HRT fail to help ADHD even at high doses?

Personal only. Two years on high-dose HRT and my brain fog improved slightly, but ADHD meds remained essential. Community posts about miracle HRT outcomes were not my reality. I waited until I had more than a few dramatic days before I raised it. Some weeks were fine if I slept; other weeks the same routine collapsed. I did not start, stop, or split medicines on my own. Clinic review was slower than I wanted, but safer. This is anecdotal, not a recommendation.
