HR wants very specific documentation for my accommodation request — does an ADHD assessment actually give you paperwork that satisfies that kind of thing?
HR sent back a fairly specific list of what they need for my accommodation request, not just 'a diagnosis letter' but details about functional limitations and recommended accommodations in a particular format. Nervous a generic assessment isn't going to produce something that specific.

Uploaded my employer's exact accommodation form before my assessment, provider filled it out directly using their own template, functional limitations section and all, took about a week after the appointment to get it back completed.
