How do I actually get a receipt for insurance reimbursement, and do I need to request it ahead of time?
Want to submit a claim to my insurance for the assessment cost but not sure if receipts are generated automatically after payment, or if this is something I need to specifically request in advance before or after the appointment happens.

Receipt showed up automatically in my account right after payment, had everything my insurer asked for already listed, provider name, license type, service description. Didn't have to request anything special.
