Managing endometriosis pain medicines and an ADHD stimulant at the same time is a coordination question, not a forum safety certificate. NHS information on endometriosis describes pain that may be treated with medicines such as NSAIDs and, in some pathways, other pain or hormonal treatments, alongside specialist gynaecology care. Stimulants used for ADHD are a separate prescription. If the change is persistent, distressing, or affecting daily functioning, bring a brief timeline to the prescribing clinician rather than changing the dose independently.

My gynaecologist and my ADHD clinic each thought the other was watching interactions. Neither was, until I brought both bottles to a review. I have had days where pain medicine made me too groggy to notice whether the stimulant did anything. I did not add extra tablets from a forum thread. I also did not skip the stimulant to let the pain medicine work. Different for me than friends with endometriosis who take nothing for ADHD. Personal only.

I take an NSAID on flare days and a stimulant on workdays, and I stopped assuming that was automatically fine. Pain weeks I missed tablets because I was on the couch, then I blamed the stimulant. My pharmacist asked for the full list, including the stuff I buy off the shelf. Gynaecology and the ADHD clinic were not talking until I forwarded letters. I still cannot tell pain fog from ADHD fog. This is only how I juggle it, not a green light for anyone else's mix.
