Does an online doctor need to be licensed in my specific province to treat me?
Company behind one platform I looked at is headquartered in a completely different province than where I live, which made me wonder whether the actual doctor treating me needs to be licensed specifically where I am, or if the company's home province is what matters for this.

Confirmed this directly before booking, platform's head office was in one province but they specifically matched me with a provider licensed in mine, which they explained was standard practice for exactly this reason. Made sense once explained, wasn't obvious to me beforehand though.
