Do ADHD stimulants like Adderall or Vyvanse cause low testosterone?

Personal experience only. My testosterone came back low on Vyvanse. My endocrinologist said sleep and skipping meals were bigger factors than the stimulant dose itself. I still needed ADHD treatment while we sorted hormones. I kept a notes-app log for a couple of months: sleep, missed pills, and which days actually felt usable. I did not use that log to change a dose myself. I took it to clinic and asked my prescribers to look at the overlap together. I still needed ADHD care. This is only my experience, not medical advice.
