I only need a diagnosis letter for school, not trying to start medication right now — do I still have to sign up for the whole ongoing treatment package?
Just need documentation to get accommodations sorted for my program, not looking to start medication or ongoing anything right now, maybe later but not this semester. Every pricing page I look at seems to bundle assessment with a membership by default and I don't want to pay for a bunch of ongoing stuff I'm not going to use yet.

Did this for a school accommodation deadline. Paid for the assessment, then kept the membership active for about six weeks total just to get the diagnostic letter processed and in hand, cancelled right after. Wasn't automatically enrolled into anything I didn't ask for, but I'll be honest the letter wasn't as ‘included’ as I originally assumed, worth planning for that one extra month of cost if documentation is your main goal.
