Can't log into my account today, is this a lockout, or just a normal glitch?
Tried logging in three times this morning before my appointment and keep getting bounced back to the login screen with a generic error, no explanation. Starting to panic a little since my appointment is in an hour and I have no idea if this is some kind of security lock or just the site being glitchy.

Mine turned out to be a straightforward password reset issue, not a lock at all, I'd just been typing an old password from memory. Would try the reset flow before panicking, that solved it instantly for me without needing to contact anyone.
