CADDRA is a professional ADHD group, not a regulator. The Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance is a not-for-profit that publishes Canadian ADHD practice guidelines and a medication chart. It does not licence physicians, nurse practitioners, or psychologists.

The opposite mix-up: the clinic listed CADDRA membership in bold and I ignored the college name underneath. I only searched the college later because this kind of worry showed up in a family chat. The licence listing was there. I had just not looked. I felt dramatic. This is me admitting I skim bios. Not a review of that clinic and not advice about anyone else's provider.

I honestly thought CADDRA was a regulator because it was on the printout under a crest-looking logo. I told a friend my ADHD college had approved the plan, which now makes me cringe. When I understood it was a professional group, I felt both relieved and annoyed at myself. I did not change any medicine over it. I just stopped using the word approved. Only my misunderstanding. I would not correct other people's clinicians from this.
