Anxiety medication comes from my family doctor and ADHD stimulant comes from a completely separate telehealth platform, and it only just occurred to me that maybe these two prescribers should actually know about each other rather than me just quietly managing both on my own.

Realized I'd been doing this too, quietly managing both without either provider knowing about the other, mentioned it at my next appointment on both sides and neither seemed alarmed, just updated their notes. Wish I'd brought it up sooner rather than assuming it wasn't important.
