Is it normal to feel “socially clumsy” with ADHD?
Whenever I talk I overshare or interrupt or go on tangents.
Does anyone else deal with this and how do you manage it?

Yes, very much so. ADHD affects impulse control, conversational pacing, and filtering. That can show up as interrupting, oversharing, missing subtle cues, or going off on tangents without intending to.
Many adults replay conversations afterward and feel embarrassed, even though others did not perceive it as harshly. That post interaction rumination is also common.
Social skill is not about intelligence. It is about timing and regulation. When ADHD is better managed, many people notice smoother interactions. Self awareness, slowing down before responding, and therapy focused on communication patterns can also help.
You are not broken socially. Your brain just processes interactions a bit differently.
