Do ADHD meds work for focus problems while on TRT?

Personal experience only. I am on TRT and still take methylphenidate. TRT helped my gym recovery and mood, but my planner chaos did not disappear until ADHD meds were tuned properly. I waited until I had more than a few dramatic days before I raised it. Some weeks were fine if I slept; other weeks the same routine collapsed. I did not start, stop, or split medicines on my own. Clinic review was slower than I wanted, but safer. This is anecdotal, not a recommendation.

Personal experience only. Different for me, also personal. TRT raised my energy but focus at work still needed Concerta. I did not expect hormones alone to fix executive dysfunction. My notes looked different. Sleep or flushes changed, but the focus pattern still looked like my usual ADHD. I told my clinician I did not want a forum story treated as a protocol. We left ADHD treatment in place and reviewed hormones only for the symptoms they are actually used for. Personal only, not advice.
