Can ADHD meds stop working after a few months when perimenopause kicks in?

Personal experience only. Around month four of irregular cycles my Vyvanse felt like water. Fixing sleep with peri treatment helped before we changed ADHD meds. For me the confusing part was how similar the bad weeks felt to ADHD, even when something hormonal was clearly going on. I wrote down timing and symptoms and brought that to follow-up. Nobody in my care team told me to replace ADHD treatment with hormones. I am only describing my own months, not a plan for anyone else.
