Will ADHD medication still work after menopause?

Personal only. Post-menopause my Vyvanse still helped, but only after HRT improved my sleep. The stimulant did not magically fix hot flushes. I waited until I had more than a few dramatic days before I raised it. Some weeks were fine if I slept; other weeks the same routine collapsed. I did not start, stop, or split medicines on my own. Clinic review was slower than I wanted, but safer. This is anecdotal, not a recommendation.
