How do meds affect creativity? does it drop or stay same?

This is a common fear. Most clinicians find that creativity does not disappear with ADHD medication. For many people, creativity becomes more accessible because they can sustain attention and follow ideas through. Some notice less chaotic idea generation but more ability to shape and execute ideas. If someone feels emotionally flat or less creative, the dose or medication may not be the right fit. Treatment should support both function and identity.
