Can ADHD medication throw off the accuracy of thyroid or hormone blood test results?
Getting some hormone and thyroid bloodwork done soon and wondering if I should pause my ADHD medication beforehand, or if that's an unnecessary precaution that would just leave me unmedicated for no real reason.

Asked my doctor directly before a recent thyroid panel, was told no need to pause anything, my medications were noted on the requisition and didn't require any adjustment for that specific test. Wouldn't stop anything without asking first though.
