is it normal for meds to feel amazing one day and kinda flat the next?
first week on stimulants and i'm noticing weird changes… like one day i feel super clear, and the next it’s like i barely feel anything.
is this a sign the dose isn't right, or is this just how it works early on? trying not to overthink but it’s stressing me a bit.

Early in titration especially, variability is common. Sleep, stress, hormones, food intake, and timing can all influence how stimulants feel. Some days you may feel clear and productive. Other days, it can feel subtle or even underwhelming.
The first week is rarely the final experience. Clinicians usually adjust slowly based on patterns over time, not single days. Consistency matters more than one great or bad day.
